Orphanage Care and Training Center


Sunday visited an orphanage where 102 children live.  We were there to minister to them for their Christmas Celebration, but what a blessing they were to us instead. it was a joy to be there.  It was located about a 2 hour drive out into a remote area.  It was heart breaking in some ways because they had a shortage of food & some basic needs with not enough money.  It takes $6,000.00 a month to operate the complex, they used to get that much but in the last couple of years the offerings have dropped down to $3,000.00 a month.  They have to spend all income for food and basic needs. This seems to be a common problem with many orphanages here.  Just not enough support. 

The children put on a beautiful Christmas play.  Very well done.
